Contact and lead requests

Name, email address, optional telephone number and free-text details are processed when a visitor deliberately submits a contact, review, employer or partner request.

Calculator inputs

Salary, housing, commute, telework and scenario inputs are processed locally in the browser. A Frontaliers contact form sends no calculator data by default. If the visitor actively selects the optional summary, only the residence country, broad salary, telework and disposable-income ranges, and review statuses are attached. Exact calculator amounts are not included.

Technical delivery data

IP address, browser, device and request information may be processed by the hosting and form providers as necessary to deliver and protect the website and its forms.

Purposes and legal basis

• Provide browser-based calculators and decision-support outputs.
• Answer inquiries and take steps requested by a visitor before a possible service or pilot discussion.
• Operate, secure and maintain the website.

Depending on the request, processing is based on steps taken at the visitor's request before a possible contract and/or WunnCheck's legitimate interest in answering inquiries and operating a secure website.

Processors and external services

Forms and email

Contact submissions are sent through Formspree. Direct email correspondence with the operator uses a Microsoft-hosted Outlook mailbox. These providers process the information needed to transmit and receive the relevant communication.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105-2239, USA.

Fonts

The public pages load Google Fonts. The visitor's browser may therefore send technical request data, including an IP address, to Google when loading a page.

International transfers

Some providers are based in or may process data in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer must rely on an applicable adequacy decision or other safeguards provided by data-protection law and the relevant provider terms.

The reduced calculator summary is transferred only when the visitor actively selects the optional checkbox before submitting the form. Exact salary, estimated net pay and disposable-income amounts remain local.

Retention, recipients and security

Contact submissions are kept only while reasonably necessary to review the request, reply and manage any resulting follow-up, unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or comply with law.

Access is limited to the operator and the service providers needed to host the site, transmit forms and receive email. WunnCheck does not sell contact data.

Rights and complaints

Visitors may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Requests can be sent to fernandhoss@outlook.com.

Visitors may also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD): cnpd.public.lu.
