Contact and lead requests

Name, email address, optional telephone number and free-text details are processed when a visitor deliberately submits a contact, review, employer or partner request.

Calculator inputs

Salary, housing, commute, telework and scenario inputs are processed locally in the browser. A Frontaliers contact form sends no calculator data by default. If the visitor actively selects the optional summary, only the residence country, broad salary, telework and disposable-income ranges, and review statuses are attached. Exact calculator amounts are not included.

Home Risk & Comfort Check

When a visitor deliberately searches for a home, the typed address is sent directly from the browser to the official Luxembourg Geoportail geocoder. After the visitor confirms a result, its coordinates are sent to Geoportail's official OGC service, including cadastral collection 359, and to MeteoLux to request location-based map information and current weather alerts. Cross-site requests disclose the WunnCheck site origin as the HTTP referrer so the authorized domain can be recognized; the address is not included in that referrer. The official parcel identifier selects one same-origin static PCN/BATI3D summary partition whose URL contains no address or coordinates. GTFS, OpenStreetMap, offline-routing and LiDAR-pilot files are also loaded statically from WunnCheck. The public site contacts no routing or LiDAR processing server and sends no visitor coordinate to OSRM. WunnCheck does not store the address or coordinates, place them in the page URL or attach them to a contact form or analytics event. Parcel summaries use PCN under CC BY 4.0 and BATI3D under CC0 1.0 and contain no owner data.

Technical delivery data

IP address, browser, device and request information may be processed by the hosting and form providers as necessary to deliver and protect the website and its forms.

Depending on the request, processing is based on steps taken at the visitor's request before a possible contract and/or WunnCheck's legitimate interest in answering inquiries and operating a secure website.

L’adresse recherchée est envoyée au géocodeur officiel du Géoportail. Après confirmation, les coordonnées sont utilisées pour les requêtes OGC, y compris la collection cadastrale 359, et MeteoLux. Forms and email

Contact submissions are sent through Formspree. Direct email correspondence with the operator uses a Microsoft-hosted Outlook mailbox. These providers process the information needed to transmit and receive the relevant communication.

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105-2239, USA.

Official location and environmental services

The Home Risk & Comfort Check requests address matches from Geoportail Luxembourg, mapped environmental information from Geoportail's OGC API, and current weather information from MeteoLux. These providers receive the request, the WunnCheck origin as HTTP referrer, and ordinary network metadata such as the visitor's IP address under their own service and privacy terms. WunnCheck sends only the address or coordinates needed for the requested check and does not claim that the providers endorse WunnCheck.

Fonts

The public pages load Google Fonts. The visitor's browser may therefore send technical request data, including an IP address, to Google when loading a page.

International transfers

Some providers are based in or may process data in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer must rely on an applicable adequacy decision or other safeguards provided by data-protection law and the relevant provider terms.

The reduced calculator summary is transferred only when the visitor actively selects the optional checkbox before submitting the form. Exact salary, estimated net pay and disposable-income amounts remain local.

Retention, recipients and security

Contact submissions are kept only while reasonably necessary to review the request, reply and manage any resulting follow-up, unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or comply with law.

Access is limited to the operator and the service providers needed to host the site, transmit forms and receive email. WunnCheck does not sell contact data.

Rights and complaints

Visitors may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Requests can be sent to fernandhoss@outlook.com.
